In the course of our business relations, we may collect, process and hold information about you.


SAS SUDILES – BETICO NC undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of your data from the website complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Collection of your personal data

Processing your personal data

Unless otherwise stated, the personal data collected from individual customers is used for the following purposes:

  • to register passengers by name, which is compulsory under maritime regulations,
  • to process invoices and communications, particularly commercial communications relating to the organisation of trips,
  • for online payment for offers,
  • to enable you to subscribe to and receive our newsletter and commercial offers,
  • the promotion of products and services,
  • to allow you to send a contact form.


Under no circumstances can this data be used for any purpose other than those set out above. The Company does not retain the personal data of individual customers for more than three years from the date on which the data was collected.

In any event, SAS SUDILES only collects personal information relating to users for the purposes of certain services offered by the website.


Users provide this information with full knowledge of the facts, particularly when they enter it themselves. Users of the website are then informed whether or not they are required to provide this information.


No personal information of the user of the site is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold on any medium whatsoever to third parties. Only the assumption of the repurchase of SAS SUDILES and its rights would allow the transmission of the aforementioned information to the possible purchaser who would be in turn held of the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the user of the site.


The databases are protected by the provisions of the law of 1st July 1998, as applicable in New Caledonia.

Your rights as regards your data

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your personal data at any time, subject to the Carrier’s legal obligations.
