The ticket office and the Cargo department are open:
From Monday to Friday: from 7am to 4pm, non-stop,
On Saturdays: from 7am to 11am and a half.
Isle of Pines
Agency located on the Petit Warf and in Kuto Bay.
To book tickets, the agency is open:
- Monday to Saturday: 08:00 to 12:00.
- Wednesday: agency closed.
- Opening times may be subject to change depending on when the ship calls at Ile des Pins.
For last-minute ticket purchases on departure days, our BETICO agency located in Kuto Bay will be open from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm for all trips to Île des Pins, and this until the warm season (from November through March of the following year).
These opening hours have been adjusted as the vessel now departs from Île des Pins at 6:00 pm instead of 5:00 pm.
More information will be communicated closer to the departure dates.
Sales close 20 minutes before each ship departure, allowing you to go to the quay after buying your ticket.
Your freight is received on the ship's departure days, from 11am to 12pm, on the BETICO quay.
Please note: no last-minute ticket sales will be available for rotations operated by the SEABREEZE 2 vessel. We encourage you to book your tickets in advance, ideally no later than the day before departure and subject to availability.
Please be aware that the number of seats on board the SEABREEZE 2 vessel is very limited. It is therefore essential to plan ahead and make your reservations early to secure your place. More informations : The SEABREEZE 2 reinforcing services to the Isle of Pines - Betico
Lifou

To book your tickets, the agency is open:
- Monday to Friday: 7am to 4pm non-stop
- The opening hours are adapted and may be modified according to the ship's stopovers in Lifou.
- On departure days: go directly to the quay at least 2 hours before departure.
These hours are the same whether your shipment is scheduled on the 12:45 service via Maré or on the direct 14:45 service to Nouméa.
Maré
TADINE 98828 MARÉ
To book tickets, the agency is open:
- Monday and Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00.
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8am to 12pm.
- The opening hours are adapted and may be modified according to the ship's stopovers in Maré.
- On departure days: report directly to the quay at least 2 hours before departure.
