The ticket office and the Cargo department are open:
From Monday to Friday: from 7am to 4pm, non-stop,
On Saturdays: from 7am to 11am and a half.
Isle of Pines
Agency located on the Petit Warf and in Kuto Bay.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: from 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm.
- Saturday : from 8am to 12pm.
- Wednesday: closed.
To book your last-minute tickets on departure days, we will be waiting for you directly at the agency:
- For departures of the ship scheduled for 5pm until 12 November 2023 inclusive, tickets will be on sale from 3pm to 4.40pm.
For departures from the Ile des Pins at 6pm from 14 November 2023 onwards, tickets will be available from 4pm to 5.40pm.
Sales close 20 minutes before each ship departure, allowing you to go to the quay after buying your ticket.
Your freight is received on the ship's departure days, from 11am to 12pm, on the BETICO quay.
Lifou

- Mondays and Fridays (stopover days): from 8am to 3.45pm non-stop.
- Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: from 8am to 12pm - from 1pm to 4.45pm.
- The opening hours may be modified according to the ship's stopovers in Lifou.
- On departure days: report directly to the quay at least 2 hours before departure.
Maré

- Agency open from Monday to Friday: from 7.30am to 12pm - 1pm to 3.45pm.
- On departure days: go directly to the quay at least 2 hours before departure.
