To ensure the continuity of maritime services to the Isle of Pines when the BETICO 2 vessel is unavailable, an additional solution has been implemented at the request of the Province Sud.
When the BETICO 2 vessel is unable to operate its regular rotations to the Isle of Pines, the Province Sud requested SUDILES to provide a suitable solution meeting both your travel needs and tourism demand.
In this context, rotations will be operated by the SEABREEZE 2 vessel, alongside the BETICO 2, between Nouméa and the Isle of Pines starting from Thursday, May 28, 2026.
The boarding ports are different from those usually used by the BETICO 2:

The same fares, terms, and commercial conditions as those applied to the BETICO 2 also apply to these crossings.
Ticket sales and commercial management are handled by SUDILES, under the same conditions as for the BETICO vessel.

Please note: no last-minute ticket sales will be available. We encourage you to book your tickets in advance, ideally no later than the day before departure, subject to availability.
Please be aware that the number of seats on board the SEABREEZE is very limited. It is therefore essential to plan ahead and make your reservations early to secure your place.
Our teams will inform you at the time of purchase about the vessel operating your trip, the boarding ports, baggage conditions, and all transport arrangements.

SEABREEZE 2 sailings to the Isle of Pines are scheduled from Thursday, May 28 to Saturday, August 22, 2026, as a complement to BETICO services.

No freight is accepted, either from Nouméa or from the Isle of Pines.
Bicycles and tents are not permitted.
Baggage allowances must be strictly respected. No excess luggage or freight will be allowed.

Please note that most accommodations (hotels, lodges, and campsites) are located in this area, spread across these two bays. Within a 5-minute shuttle ride or just a few minutes on foot or by bicycle, you can drop off your luggage and fully enjoy your stay.
BETICO will remain docked in Kuto Bay for the entire day on Thursday, May 8, 2025. It will return on Saturday, May 10, remain moored at the Isle of Pines overnight, and depart again on Sunday evening. The departure and arrival times are as follows:
