In general, we consider:
STANDARD TARIFFS
Modification and cancellation fees apply up to 48 hours before departure.
After this period, the ticket is no longer valid.
The fees are therefore the following :
- Modification request : 1,000 F inclusive of taxes / ticket and per journey
- Request for refund & cancellation : 2 500 F inclusive of taxes / ticket and per journey.
- Modification and cancellation fees are free for infants.
Tarif zen
No fees are applied, until midnight on the eve of departure.
You can request a refund or a free modification of tickets directly by email at the following address : serviceclient@betico.nc
More weight in your luggage! In addition to your 15 kg authorised per adult and 10 kg authorised per child, you will benefit from a total of 10 kg of additional luggage weight, i.e. a total of 25 kg per adult and 20 kg per child (excluding infants).
Priority check-in baggage from Noumea.
The prices indicated above are inclusive of VAT (including New Caledonia’s consumption tax), excluding administrative costs, excluding surcharges.
Only the prices available on www.betico.nc/en/rates/ are binding and subject to change without notice.
The fees indicated above include all taxes and on all available seats on board Betico.
