Note for travellers who have tested positive for COVID19:

Dear customers, if you have tested positive for COVID19 and are due to depart with BETICO, you can reschedule your crossing. This means that you have 7 days to change your ticket FREE OF CHARGE, starting from the date of the original journey.

All you have to do is present proof that you have tested positive. This service is also provided to all travellers on the same booking.

There is no additional charge at the time of booking, this service is available to all passengers.

No need to visit a BETICO agency, simply send us an email at serviceclient@betico.nc with your reservation number, your test results and rescheduled dates.
