FrançaisOn the Betico 2, our customers benefit of our extensive experience in passenger transport while ensuring an optimal level of safety. Our company is ISM certified, an international safety standard that guarantees the maintenance of the ship and the level of qualification and training of our crew members.
The crew members are originally from New Caledonia, the Isle of Pines or the Loyalty Islands and are always happy to answer your questions and give you advice on your stay. You can even request a tour of the ship's bridge, provided the captain is available!
Our company strives to guarantee your comfort and peace of mind during the crossing.
You will be free to travel in any of the ship's available lounges on the main or upper deck.
This lounge can host up to 197 passengers. It is located near the snack bar on the main deck.
Throughout the entire crossing, the snack bar serves sweet and savoury dishes, cold and hot drinks and snack deals (breakfast or meal). A treat for the whole family. You can also buy BETICO T-shirts as well as other accessories (flip-flops, caps, etc.) and magazine packs to entertain both children and adults.
The lounge is located on the upper deck, on the 2nd floor. A very comfortable lounge where the chairs are arranged around large tables for 8 people, ideal when traveling with family, colleagues or friends.
This lounge is also located on the 2nd floor, at the front of the ship giving you a panoramic view of the crossing and a chance to watch the ship’s arrival at the islands: You can see our sailors docking the ship!
The Ship Snack Bar.
Located on the Main Deck, the ship's snack bar offers a wide selection of products throughout the crossing:
- Breakfast;
- Snacks;
- Drinks;
- Newspapers;
- Telephone cards;
- Magazine packs for the whole family.
As well as meal deals with fresh sandwiches prepared on board, paninis, pasta dishes, doughnuts, ice creams, hot and cold drinks etc. Plenty to cater to the whole family. For a picnic at sea or a delicious snack, passengers can sit outside and enjoy the crossing on the ship's deck. The snack bar is open to all passengers!

The outdoor terrace is open to the public. It is located on the upper deck at the back of the ship. From this terrace you can enjoy the landscape and the sea air!
From mid-July to mid-September, you may have the chance to spot some whales who come to Caledonian waters to rest. Enjoy the turquoise waters of the lagoon, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage.
The ship passes by small islands and many remarkable spots. The most famous are: the well-known bays of Noumea, the narrow channel of Woodin, the fall of Cape N'Dua, the Havannah pass. You will feel like you are on a cruise, a journey within a journey! This is also a great place to meet new people.
Many of our passengers are island residents, known for their sense of sharing and friendliness. Your trip starts as soon as you get on board the ship!
